Round table on Remuneration of the Africa programme, Arusha (Tanzania) from 21 to 23 January, 2020 

A Round table on remuneration for the African Region will be organized by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) in collaboration with PAPU, the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania and la Poste France, from 21^st to 23^rd January 2020, in Arusha, Tanzania

The regional round table will address, among other things, the following issues:

• The Integrated Remuneration Plan (IRP);
• A roadmap for the development of an Integrated Remuneration System (IRS);
• Overview of Remuneration Systems in the current Congress Cycle (2018 – 2021);
• Outcome of the Third Extraordinary Congress on Remuneration Review;
• Implementation of E-format Remuneration;
• Proposals for an integrated remuneration system;
• Summary of proposals and documentation for the 2020 Congress;
• Abidjan Business Plan – Working Proposals for the Future Development of IRP and IRS and their Implementation.
