PAPU pens MoU with AFRALTI

On 23rd February 2022, on the fringes of the Policy and Regulation Committee’s inaugural meeting held in Nairobi (Kenya), Messrs. Sifundo C. Moyo and Michael Baraza, respectively PAPU Secretary General and Director of the African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI), executed a Memorandum of Understanding witnessed by members and facilitated by the Chairman of the Committee.
AFRALTI is an African training institution with a current membership of eight countries, and partners with training centres on the continent and abroad. This MoU crystallizes PAPU’s strategic thrust towards forging partnerships that will broaden capacity-building opportunities. In this instance, special emphasis will be laid on digital and managerial skilling, among others, in the field of postal and courier services.
