International philately exhibition – Oran (Algeria), 31 st March to 1 st April 2020

Organized around the central theme “The postage stamp: A bridge between cultures”, this maiden edition will bring together postal operators from PAPU Member States, the Postal Union for the Mediterranean, Arab countries, as well as professional philatelists.

The event will equally provide a platform for participants to share views on matters of common interest, notably during two conferences that will be dealing with postage stamp online selling and postage stamp printing technologies respectively.
