PAPU SECRETARY GENERAL VISITS UGANDA HIGH COMMISSION ARUSHA CONSULATE

Dr. Sifundo Chief Moyo, Secretary General of the Pan African Postal Union (PAPU) has visited Uganda High Commission Arusha Consulate to pass solidary message for Ugandan independence.

Dr. Moyo was received by Amb. Anne Katusiime Kageye, the Head of Uganda High Commission Arusha Consulate where he had an opportunity to express his appreciation to the Ugandan government.

“The Republic of Uganda, as a Member State of PAPU, has always remained a strong partner of the Union, this has enabled the General Secretariate to effectively discharge its mandate to the benefit of all Union Member States being sustained by this strong and unwavering support” said Dr. Moyo.

On the other hand, Amb. Kageye thanked Dr. Moyo for setting time and pay a courtesy to the Ugandan High Commission Arusha Consulate.

“On behalf of the people and government of Uganda, I receive with appreciation the solidarity message from the PAPU General Secretariat and reaffirme that Uganda will continue to be a PAPU member and support PAPU its required” stated Amb. Kageye.
