Covid-19: PAPU best practices presented

On 9 July 2020, Mr. Younouss Djibrine, Secretary General of PAPU, attended an online conference organized by the International Bureau of UPU. During the meeting, 13 Restricted Unions presented initiatives taken during this Pandemic to assist their Member countries, lessons learned, best practices, postal sector resilience mechanisms that helped to mitigate the effects of the pandemic and finally, key highlights that should be incorporated into the Recovery Plan Guide currently under preparation by the UPU International Bureau.
